Teams live event Q&A beeps sound

Hi, I often produce a Teams live event with thousands of attendees. I got lots of feedback from attendees that they heard beeps sounds during the Teams live event, and that's annoying. I guess the beeps sounds are from attendees sending questions in Q&A. Do you guys know how to turn off Q&A sounds for attendees?

    Is there no way for the participant to turn off this notification sound?
