SanjaySircar1212 Hi - That looks like the start of setting up a tenant, which is fine but as the message suggests you need to go through a verification step.

I am assuming you have but just to be sure have you specified a number to be texted or called upon, which will then supply you with a code to enter and get beyond this stage.

From there you will be able to assign sufficient licensing to users, that include Teams.

You can then either install Office via Portal.office.com and Teams will comes as part of that or you can just go to Teams.microsoft.com and either use the web option or follow the prompt to install the full client version.
