TeaMs Direct Routing: having problem configuring/calling 5 digits or 3digits service numbers
so im trying to dial a service number which has 5digit numbers and 3 digit numbers but base on sbc logs its rerouting to a user or teams cancelling the call. please help if you have any suggestions how to resolve this.
