Teams certification problem for audio device

I am studying the Teams certification for audio device. I have noticed the highlight sentence of 4.1.2 chapter in the following picture. It means if the audio device can pass the Windows HLK - send path audio latency, the audio device does not need to pass the latency testing of end to end and still can get Teams certification. Is that right?
