My Microsoft Teams cannot be correctly installed or launch.
Here is log in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp, I have tried deleted all files in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local...
Hello, I haven't looked closer at the log you posted tbh. But try deleting all content at the locations in the link below and reinstall.

If you experience the same issue, try installing another version of Teams https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/force-teams-desktop-client-update/m-p/2056566
As you'll see that is not a supported procedure as you can end up in another ring not being "supported" but after next automatic update that should be fine anyway, and I know several people being helped by following the steps provided (clear locations and reinstall).
