Teams Anmeldung
Thank you for the quick reply.
My organization has no dedicated IT department yet. I am the admin for Office 365 and can access licenses, etc. Yet I have no access to Teams or any Teams-Admin (wich seems to be a different role than Office 365 admin).
A first and last name would indeed help, but MS Phone support will not give me any information or advice other than to ask here.
Thank you and best regards
Dave
kommunikationsplan I didn't realise you were an office admin - in that case have you just tried going to sharepoint.microsoft.com and logging in to the site and seeing if there are any team sites there? There is usually a team site for every "Team" in the organisation. This was news to me too, as I'd never used sharepoint, but as an admin, you may find that information is there and you can have access to it. However you're saying you're using Teams Free which is not possible if you are trying to connect with your organisation. If you look at the package you pay for, on the products section and see if it includes Teams? If it doesn't, this could explain why you're not allowed to create a team with your email? If so you might need to use a personal email address or create an outlook email etc and do it through there to access Teams Free? It's a bit frustrating!

Thank you very much for your answer and insight.
I now realize that it is not possible for me to try teams with my organization without getting a license. I was under the impression, that MS now had a six months trial period (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/sign-up-for-teams-free-70aaf044-b872-4c32-ac47-362ab29ebbb1) in addition to Teams Free.
Yet since someone seemingly already registered, I cannot access Teams Free and since I do not have a Business-License I cannot check who it was. I will investigate with a private address and check this out.
Thank you again!
