To be able to bulk add via CSV
Another way you can do it today, if you are an administrator and now how, is Powershell. You can do this with the Teams Powershell module. Lots of guides online. Gallery herePowerShell Gallery | MicrosoftTeams 3.0.0
Alternatives are groups or Power Automate

It's 2026, still same issue. As a regular user/leader of a large team (hundreds of people), I cannot bulk add people in Team/Channel. It's frustrating to add one people at a time.
