where you can you see what other team members are working on?
Hi,
Is it the status message you want to see?
That is shown in the contact card that is shown when you hold your mouse over the profile picture of an users. If "Show when people message me" is checked that message is also shown when someone sends a message to that user or mention that user in a conversation.
