I have a Team called 'Proposals' There are Channels in that Team called (in alphabetical order): General Toronto Proposals 2020 Toronto Proposals 2021 Proposal Preparation Vancouver Proposals ...
Doesn’t this depend on where’s the notification was triggered?

I'm not sure what you mean by triggered. Everyone who gets notifications from this Channel gets the same notification naming structure as mentioned above.
