Tagging sub-teams
Dear community,
we use one Team for our department of around 50 co-workers, which are organized into 5 sub-teams. Our management doesn't want to install channels for the sub-teams, as they should be content-based.
Now is there a way of tagging or assigning tasks to these 5 sub-groups separately without creating a channel for them?
Thanks in advance 🙂
You will be able to mention a role and everyone with that role will get the notification. It is called target communications and is listed for release in December. Not sure if that can help you.

Assigning tasks is that in Planner? Since in planner you have to assign a task to a person and not to a group.

Hope that answers your question!
