Student's unable to add work to an assignment

Hello,

As a school we use Microsoft Teams during this lockdown period to enable home learning for our students. It has mostly been working well however some students have been unable to upload their work into the "Assignments" tab.

My students do their work in their book and upload a photo (jpeg) of that work as evidence. However some are getting errors when they try to do this.

Is there anything that can be done about this? The student has tried several times with no success.
