Spotlight Issues

Hello everyone,

During differents meetings, I have My laptop and my Ipad.

I spotlight one participant with active camera

But the spotlight doesn't work for everyone (Other Laptop, other Ipad, Teams Rooms)

I can see initials or photo even if the camera goes on.

Does anyone has the same issue ?
