    Perisak1630 Hello, sounds as if the grace period is involved but the update process shouldn't fail though. Could it be network related? Which Office build is being pushed out? Have a look at this page https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-client-update as the Teams update process differs from the M365 Apps for enterprise (formerly O365 ProPlus). Scroll down to the "Servicing agreement" for more info about the grace period. It would be useful with more info about the environment/setup if you're not getting it to work.
