Shows a hand icon next to the image during a call

Hi All

I've recently seen a hand icon during calls in the Teams version (Microsoft Teams version 24060.2623.2790.8046.), very different than the "Raise your hand" reaction, does anyone know why that hand appears? and how can it be displayed or removed?
