Short URL to fit in a teams channel list

Hi Microsoft community, I am trying to create an inventory of questions raised in several teams channels in a list. However, when I create the list in a teams channel and try to copy the teams chat link I have an error - the URL exceeds the acceptable 255 characters.

Do you know how can I have a list in teams that would allow me to copy several links from several teams channels? How can I shorten the URLs for them to be accepted in the teams channel list?

    Hi Ana,

    Can you check if you can use Microsoft List or Microsoft To-Do to build the same within Microsoft Teams?

      Hi Satish, I managed to create the Microsoft list and shorten the link. However, when we click on the link added to the list in Teams it does not work but if we open on SharePoint and click in the link it works and redirects to the specific link that was copied from the respective teams channel. When trying to do it in the teams channel directly we see the usual screen 'Stay better connected with Teams desktop app...' and independently of the option we click it is not redirecting us to the link shared. Any idea of why it works only via SharePoint but not directly in the teams channel? Thanks for looking into it. Regards, Ana
