Shifts are not appearing on Microsoft Teams only Annual Leave

Multiple users on different Teams have reported not receiving Rota via Shifts on Microsoft Teams using Android / IOS devices.

 

If they log onto a computer the shifts are showing.

 

Reported to me 02/06/2020 raised support ticket with Microsoft yesterday

    We are having the same issue- have you had any resolutions yet?

      Hi cvisser I haven't got anywhere yet with Microsoft the support engineer says he hasn't been able to make contact with me, there are no outage or advisory alerts on the portal but I have mostly IOS users who have the issue
