Microsoft are working on Share System Audio for Mac per this uservoice

Share video and audio during meetings is released on Windows. Mac support is now planned for CY20Q3.

Thanks for the update. Here is my problem:
I use macOS Sierra. I am unable to switch on the Include computer sound button.

On a Mac, you will need to install a driver the first time you include computer audio in a Teams meeting. Just follow the simple wizard and click Install or Update. It takes about 10 seconds for the installation to complete.
