SharePoint Document Library MetaData Columns

I have seen some older posts regarding this but I find it is not in the current version of Teams Version 1.3.00.12058 (64 bit). It was last updated on 12/05/2020.

When I create to Tab linked to a SharePoint Document Library I cannot see the record meta data.

This is the results of a Website Tab linked to a sharepoint Library. It shows my Metadata of Firstname and Lastname

The results of Tab directly to the same Sharepoint Document library do not show these columns.

Any ideas?
