You should report that, and in general I'd recommend you stay away from org-wide Teams - we had to give the idea up because of how bad the actual implementation was. It's fairly easy to automate adding people to a Team, even without using dynamic membership rules.
I went Dynamic Group route due to the issues i've been seeing with it and lack of control. If you utilize your AD info good it works better since you can pinpoint what to add / remove. Only downfall obviously is the AD P1 license requirement.
