shared channel
Hi, Any idea why I don't see 'Shared Channels' option on the list when I want to creat a new channel?
I also tried to make the Teams to the public to see if any changes happend.
elaheh Shared Channel is currently only available in Public Preview, does your user have a policy to allow public preview and are they using it ?

could you provide us with any information about the release date of shared channels?

Timo_Schuldt in your admin portal Message Center MC390413 covers GA of Shared Channels. Currently it says "Mid-July to Mid-August" but to be clear these things can change and MC is the way to keep up to date with them.
