SFB migration to Teams
skype for business migration to teams for one of my users is showing the message that configuration needs to be finalized with Microsoft support.

In this case it would be wise to follow the message and raise a ticket to Microsoft support, with screenshots. You can do this via the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre if you are direct with Microsoft, or via your CSP.
