Reverse Feedback via Forms in Teams Assignments

I believe it's better use a quiz for that since have other option in the settings, see below how need to be set to avoid see more responses and re-submit the feedback

Thank you very much for your response. Unfortunately, that would not solve the problem as I would not be able to change the quiz form after the initial sign-up on part of my students.
