Registered School - No Teams license

We registered our school and in last year, our teachers, students used Teams as usual. But now, we cannot sign in Teams.

I check in Office 365 admin (Setup -> Products) and see that no Office 365 license.

In Billing -> Your products, there's a message on top: Education products are not yet listed here. Once your school's academic eligibility is confirmed, education products with discounted prices will appear here. Start an eligibility review or check your status.

In Setup -> Domains: all domains are healthy. Click on default domain and DNS record, there's no thing there, just a message: Subscribe to ‎Microsoft 365‎ to see DNS records
After you purchase a subscription that includes services like ‎Exchange‎ or ‎Teams‎, this page will show you the DNS records you'll need to get those services working across your organization.

I don't know how to fix this.
