Recorded classes: black screen and out of sync (iOS app)
A problem was reported when accessing, through the iOS app in its most updated version, the recorded and posted classes in the last 3 weeks. The videos play with the audio out of sync or just with audio and the black screen. How to solve?
- Think it would be hard solving the previous recordings but I’d report this to Microsoft!
