Recommendations for Teams Live Events

Hello Heidi62 Sorry to hear you were having issues getting Live Events up and running. I presume you have this document and its subsequent related documents (listed within). https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/MicrosoftTeams/teams-live-events/set-up-for-teams-live-events
We would recommend that you have the latest version of Windows 10 and use Edge as a browser.
It's hard to say why your speakers were having issues with their mics, especially since they were working at one point. There are many articles online that talk about troubleshooting microphone issues in Teams (like this one: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/known-issues/no-audio-when-sharing-content-in-meeting) so I don't know which one will help you but I suggest you do your own Bing search. Oh...and please make sure they're using Teams enabled devices https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/across-devices/devices

ThereseSolimeno Thanks for the links to helpful documents about troubleshooting, also for the tip about using Edge as the browser. . We will start testing again soon.
