Re: Strange ringtone is played through Bluetooth headphones when receiving call in MS Teams
Ivan_LY I have same issue, I am using JBL560BT headset. When I am receiving MS Teams call and I am connected via that headset I hear very strange and loud rightone that is not available in Teams settings. It's really annoying!!! I can't disable that.

Hey guys, I had this issue after I received a call through MS Teams. During the call I still had the ringtone playing. Even after I closed every app open it would still play.
The solution I found was to Sign Out of Teams and then sign back in.
