Recording Failed to Upload to SharePoint
Hi there, I have been recording files since the first day of my class. However, today, after stopping the recording, it shows 'recording failed to upload' prior to some AMS Document Generation error...

the initial part did not work but making a ticket was the way to go, after that we now have access to the recording!

Our admin does not know how to make the ticket, who do we request hence?

On the left hand menu go to 'Support' > 'New Service Request'
