Anubhav1270 Remove your webcam from device manager and re-install it. This should solve the issue.
StevenC365 - thanks, yeah I have a fairly recent laptop from Dell. It has a 7th gen Intel process and was made in 2018. Since I am able to use the blur feature, I know I have AVX2.
use of background does not need AVX process as i can use a background on zoom from the same pc. its just microsoft which couldnt make an app that would actually work when you need it.
