It doesn't help that the pin icon is confusing. Rather than showing the current pin state it shows the opposite one. It's like having a power switch with the "on" state labeled "off" and the "off" state labeled "on". It would be much clear if it was text saying "Pin bar" and "Unpin bar". No ambiguity.
As I think about this: the Teams pin is the exact opposite of the mute indicator! That icon shows current state. No wonder I find the Teams pin icon frustrating.

- LimianZiNov 24, 2022Copper ContributorI've seen this multiple times, but only on VDI. Not sure if this is actually a limitation. I've seen inconsistent behavior where some users on VDIs and are able to pin/unpin the top bar during a screen sharing session. Is there a way to tweak the OS/Teams to show this option at least?
- m0pherMay 05, 2023Copper ContributorDitto. I work as a consultant and have seen this issue consistently with Teams on VDI at multiple clients. It's not a problem when Teams is running locally on a laptop, but on VDI there are limitations. This is one, the other annoying one is being able to share only the full screen instead of a specific window.
