We are having an issue where when someone from outside the firm calls someone inside the firm (Teams), and the person inside the firm adds someone else inside the firm to the call....they are getting...

There is a way turning announcements for audio conferencing on and off in the teams admin center. In the left navigation, go to Meetings and then Conference Bridges.
