Re: Announcing a Microsoft Teams AMA!
Caller ID Names (CNAM) is currently working with dialing direct to the users' phone numbers but does not work when calls come into Service phone numbers as in Auto Attendant or Call Queue. Is there any chance that the following roadmap would also address this major issue??

Thank you for your question. The issue is one that the feature team is tracking. You can add your vote and comments here as well, because the team does watch User Voice.

I just worry that since it's marked as 'Try this instead' the request has slipped off the radar. I wish Alex or one of the admins over on the UserVoice would give us a better update.
