Previous recordings are missing from Microsoft Teams

I'm having an issues with recordings with a specific team. I am the owner of two Teams and we store meeting recordings in both teams. I added a Stream tab in the General channel for each team for the purpose of keeping the recordings in a single space for each team.

In the first Team, as new recordings are added, each recording is shown individually as expected. See image:

However, in the second Team, new recordings appear to "overwrite" previous recordings that were saved. Additionally, instead of appearing as thumbnail in the Tab, it takes up all space on the Tab and the other recordings cannot be located.  See image:

Attempts to add old recordings back to this tab are unsuccessful. An alert indicating that the recording has already been added is shown. See image:
