Portal for Teams Live Event Setup request
Would like to setup portal for Teams Live Event requests for end users, any suggestions pls?
I'd suggest using Microsoft Forms and publish a form with all neccessary information somewhere people have access. You can then also use Power Automate to do further actions when a user have filled in a form, like creating an approval workflow, send email to a person that sets this up, send info to a list/planner etc..
If you wanna go bigger you can create a simple PowerApp for Live events creations with workflow behind the scenes too.. All depends on your needs and effort 🙂

Signing up for live events or running their own?
Adamadam deltinger The plan is to enable Live Events setup access for only specific account. so anyone who needs live event setup, they can request from a portal.
