Outlook 2016 connected to O365 keeps saying Need Password

Question

Hi Everyone,&nbsp;For couple of users&nbsp;Outlook 2016 connected to O365 keeps saying Need Password. When you click on Need password it changes to "Connected to Exchange".&nbsp;&nbsp;Frustrating part is user has to click on Need Password each time.&nbsp;Please suggest if someone has a fix ?

Hi,Enable Modern Authentication in your O365 tenant and disable app password.
