Notifications for a new users.

We've had a few notification bumps recently. Some colleagues are receiving email notifications for messages they've already seen and at out of hours times like 11pm-2am. We've also one site where notifications stopped working. When the settings were checked they'd changed from banner&feed to off. Setting them again and restarting made no difference, they remain off. I've logged a ticket with Microsoft.
