Not able to use Call Me feature after moving to TeamsOnly

Good Morning,

We are testing TEAMS interop/coexistence functionality when in TeamsOnly mode. I moved my manager and myself to TeamsOnly. We expected to be able to use a limited feature set for Skype for Business (since the rest of our users are on-prem). We found that we cannot use the "call me" feature when joining a Skype for Business meeting. Is this expected?

 

Error we receive: (Mobile and Desktop clients consistently do not work). The first option for Full Audio/video experience works fine.

    Can you please double check with the user account is provisioned with the Microsoft Audio Conferencing Licenses service?
