No one in the Teams Meeting can access Meeting Notes accept me who started the Meeting Notes

I have a problem with Meeting Notes in Teams... In a Meeting, I start the Meeting Notes, no one else can access the Meeting Notes accept me! After the Meeting only I can access the Meeting Notes.....

- Only people in the same org as the meeting organizer will be able to start or access meeting notes.
- Meeting notes are available in meetings with up to 100 people.
- Only people who are invited to a meeting before notes are created will have access to them initially. Others can request access, and the owner of the notes will be notified via email.

Hope that makes sense. Was one of these scenarios the reason other people could not see the meeting notes
