We are also experiencing the exact same issue with this version, which is still the automatic update version being deployed.

We also get some of our users reporting that trying to use the camera crashes Teams completely, and they have to open it again to join audio calls only.

The only way we can get our users working again, is to direct them to the current version on the main Teams download site, which is 1.3.00.28779 and then their camera is working again.

Ahsan2020 We have no such registry keys. This did not solve our problem.

Good Morning. I was having the same problem at my company. I opened a call at Microsoft, and they attested to the BUG. I've been testing it every day, and today, believe me, it's back up and running. Detail, there was no update on teams release. It was probably an internal service issue at microsoft. I still haven't received the official return from Microsoft.

  Same Problem in our Company.
  More and more users are calling to complain about their camera not working anymore in Teams but ok in other apps or Teams Webapp.
  I am still gathering information about this issue but so far, the only common point I see is the version of Teams. (1.3.00.30866)
  On the other hand, not all users are impacted with this version...
  Very annoying during the pandemic.
