We are also experiencing the exact same issue with this version, which is still the automatic update version being deployed.

We also get some of our users reporting that trying to use the camera crashes Teams completely, and they have to open it again to join audio calls only.

The only way we can get our users working again, is to direct them to the current version on the main Teams download site, which is 1.3.00.28779 and then their camera is working again.

ltomovski Also in our organisation we see multiple incidents about camera issues in Teams and the latest update to 1.3.00.30866 (32-bits)

update: after reinstall to a lower version Microsoft Teams-versie 1.3.00.24758 (64-bits) camera is working.
update2: after a manually update check, I have now version Microsoft Teams-versie 1.3.00.30866 (64-bits). Updated on 23-11-20.. This one (64bit) is stable with the camera,

Marinus69 That did not solve our problem. We are on the same version and cameras immediately stop working after the upgrade to 1.3.00.30866 (64 bit). We can then downgrade and they work again and then as soon as the auto update happens they stop working again.
