Need to pop up a dog rota at work

I'm trying to create a rota for colleagues bringing their dog to work so just something basic but cant seem to find anything - I've looked at Calendar but just seems to be my calendar and I don't want to use mine 🙂 and the app's look to detailed but colleagues do use Trello best wishes and thanks in advance
