Multiple tenants not longer supported in the app wor Windows
I am invited in multiple organizations Teams as a guest, but now they are not accessible from the Teams-app for Windows.
I can access them from a web-client.
I think the error in the app was introduced in 1.4.00.2879
They moved the tenants under the profile picture menu. You should be able to see there an option to switch accounts and tenants. Click on it and you are able to switch tenants.

Henry Karlsen Haha, well that's great. Who could have guessed that you just didn't find the tenant switcher! Other than Robert Schouten then 😉
- ChristianBergstromSilver ContributorHi, surely this is just a cache related issue. Have you tried any sort of troubleshooting? I would start by signing out manually from the desktop app. If no change try the "universal" reset in the Teams app by going to %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams (via Start) and delete all the content in that folder. You can be selective as many guides describes when removing the cache, but not necessary really.
- Henry KarlsenCopper ContributorThank you.
I deleted all files under;
C:\Users\henry\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Teams
And
C:\Users\henry\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams
(Is this the right place you wanted me to delete files from?)
Then I needed to download and install Teams to make Teams start again.
Same result. I can’t change to other tenants.
