MS Teams problem, multiple choice answers are cleared once the student clicks submit

Hello,&nbsp;we we are in the process on conducting all our assessments on Forms, some students around 5% of them if the quiz is multiple choice questions, once the student clicks on the submit button all the answer choices get cleared. Please advise this is urgent.&nbsp;Thanks&nbsp;

Nancyh176&nbsp;Hello, sorry but I believe the best action here is to raise a support ticket with Microsoft or create a new Form (if it only happens on that particular one that is).
