MS Teams Meeting issue with Sceen sharing Session
Hello All
Ferquently enbd users are complaining about the issue during the meeting - screen sharing session. When some one sharing the screen diring the meeting. some particpaints are see the presentation as delayed and some of them are Meetings gets freezed.
When i checked the call quaility in CQD, it showing as Inbound Pocket loss is high during VBSS (frist to Second Medium - Stream Direction)
Also in CQD : poor reason : Video Local Frame Loss Percentage . however its been confirmed, No Video call / Video content been shared by any of the users.
And also the whole subnet was shwoing "Poor Sharing rate as RED".
Audio is good. - Its impacting the whole meeting only during the svreen sharing session.
What is the possible issue and how to mitigate
