MS Teams Konto

Ich habe gerade eine Einladung zu MS-Teams erhalten. Beim annehmen wurde wohl ein neuer Account angelegt mit der E-Mail die ich bereits für Teams nutze. Jetzt komme ich nicht mehr auf mein altes Teams Profil, weil die E-Mail wohl doppelt belegt ist. 😞

Kann mir jemand helfen? Der MS Support am Telefon scheint sich ja nicht zuständig zu finden.

    Hi StefanLohr ,

     

    Not sure if anything in the following rings true or helps but this article helps when you may have linked the same Email address, that normally becomes your UPN in M365 terms with your Microsoft Account, that could have been used for a Free Teams Org?

    Failing that, when you say old Team profile, was this another Orgs Team or the free one?
