MS Teams Guest Access - company accounts can't access Teams - Confirmed by MS.
So I was told today from Microsoft Support that I can't invite people to Teams that don't have a Microsoft account or personal email account. Meaning, I can't invite customers, clients, partners, ...
Hello, surely some sort of misunderstanding here. Anyone with a business or consumer email account, such as Outlook, Gmail, or others, can join your team as a guest. What the support meant must have been that if a user doesn't have an account they can create one for free.
