MS Teams file upload issue: solved in simple method

steps:

1. Create a Quiz using forms with all questions except upload type questions

2. From MS Teams using assignment schedule the quiz

3. Go back to forms , open group forms and locate the form,  edit and add the upload questions.

your quiz is ready.
