MS Teams connecting to Salesforce
Anyone know of any other telephony solution that connects Teams users to Salesforce without needing replacement of ythe teams underlying PBX and comms compared to this one https://www.natterbox.com/microsoft-teams-connector/

- Not sure if this is what you are looking for but we developed an app listed on the appexchange to import all the call logs into Salesforce from Microsoft Teams as the calls happen throughout the day.
