MS TEAMS and FORMS

Hello Everyone! I have been looking all over about this issue my student encountered and maybe I was just not looking or searching it right, hope someone can enlighten me.

This student open a scheduled quiz thru teams but after finishing the quiz, the "submit" button disappeared or not present. (check image)
