MS Teams - Captioning stopped working

Anyone know if captioning in Teams is down?  We have tried it using the Teams Client as well as the web version from several different computers and none worked.

    Hello User,

    Please check if the user has a Teams Premium License. The feature is now a part of Teams Premium as per the documentation.
