MS Team meeting recording sometimes woks sometimes not for SAME meeting

I have Permission to record the meetings and it is working…..

But:

I have Share mailbox where I have full access. I have created MS Team event.

Event popup in my calendar.

I click on event

I open the event and click Join the meeting now.

Option 1

Click join. click More-> Recording and transcribe ->

Start recording is grey out ( Unavailable in this meeting)

Start Transcription is available.

Click Leave.

option 2

Click join. click More-> Recording and transcribe ->

Start recording is grey out ( Unavailable in this meeting)

Start Transcription is available.

Click Leave.

Close calendar event.

Repeat : Same event.

Option 2 -> Recording and Transcript is available.

Click Leave.

Option 1 -> Recording is not available.

Click Leave.

Option 2 -> Recording is not available.

Close calendar event .

Open event again.

Option 2 , but i select copy url. Past url to Edge browser select open with MS team client.

Recording is available.

Click Leave.

Option 1 -> Recording is NOT available.

Open event again.

Option 2 , but i select copy url. Past url to Edge browser select open in browser  Recording is not available.
